Revetment’s new lobby is built around how residents actually use their downstairs: a long communal table doubles as a coworking spot or coffee catch-up, oversized windows flood the room with light, and a refreshed reception area keeps package pickup simple. Renovated Down to the Mailroom
The upgrade doesn’t stop at the lobby doors. Both buildings are getting refreshed mailrooms, elevator vestibules, and stairwells, finished in the same palette of warm travertine, brushed metals, and rich wood tones that define the new lobbies. Every touchpoint on the way home got a second look.
